Welcome to Number 30, a gorgeous Valencian house with rooms to rent, located in the heart of Spain's historic Ontinyent, a perfect base for exploring the local areas. If you love hiking or cycling with easy access to local bars and restaurants, or if you are a solo traveler looking for a safe space to relax, then this is the place for you. A traditional rustic townhouse, with beamed ceilings and tiled floors, a large outdoor patio space and an upstairs terrace. The surroundings of the Nearby Sierra Mariola provides beautiful landscapes for exploring and learning about this fascinating region of Spain.
Ontinyent is known for its impressive Moors & Christians festival every August as well as its position in the depths of Valencia's wine-making region.
OUR ROOMS
The owner of number 30 lives on site most of the time, however the areas are all very private. The house has two double rooms available to rent. One has a large bathroom, the other has access to a bathroom shared with the owner. Book individual rooms through AirBnB, however, if you would like to book the entire house for a group or for long-term rentals, please contact us directly and we can discuss options.
OUR SERVICES
Breakfast
A wonderful Spanish breakfast is available if requested in advance at an additional cost. You just have to let us know 24 hours in advance.
Patio
There are several areas available for outdoor relaxation, the leafy ground floor patio and the upper terrace. Sun loungers and towels are available.
Free WIFI
There is wifi throughout the house. Netflix & Prime video are available for use on all TVs.

Wine Tours
Ontinyent is located in the heart of the Valencian wine region. We are surrounded by vineyards and we can organize visits and tastings upon request.
Sightseeing & Excursions
If you like hiking or cycling, you will love exploring the Sierra Mariola, the range of hills surrounding the Vall d'Albaida. The famous natural site of Pou Clar is just 5 minutes away by car.
ClubGastro
ClubGastro is a new project that will start soon at number 30. A monthly night of gastronomy, socializing and entertainment, connecting the creatives and businesses of Ontinyent.
